Worst service

4 months ago I contacted Webafrica to cancel as I wanted to take a package out with MTN for R499.00, the agent I dealt with advised that she can do a rematch and reduce my bill to R549.00 a month moving forward. Every month there after I had to that WhatsApp them to correct my bill. October I contacted them again to adv of my bill being incorrect and that they need to adjust it before I make payment. To this day no adjustment was made and now my internet has been cut off. I was also advised that the migration was going to take place every month hence why bill was incorrect. I had enough of Webafrica and I want you to cancel your service with immediate effect.
