Worst ser ice and internet

Poor service and customer service i paid on the 29th and still they turned off the wifi only to connect it on the 4th saying they never received my payment. Now im siting with no wifi my wife is losing work and maybe her job who is going to pay my wife's money as she is unable to work now for 3 days losing more than R800 in that 3days this is pathetic as when u contact them on whatsup no one knows how to resolve the issue and you get transfered rom agent to agent at the 6th agent and still no one was giving answers so this is the worst service ever!!!!
