WORST PROVIDER WORST SERVICE

Wish I could give minus 5 stars. Absolutely terrible service!

I have been struggling with them for more than a month. And if you cancel it rakes 30 days, so they ***** your money again without providing wifi.

It takes hours for them to reply and when they reply and you don't answer quick enough they close the chat. The keep putting you through to different departments and you have to explain yourself over and over. No number to phone for assistance. Only WhatsApp. It takes weeks to finally get an answer!

Terrible terrible terrible! They outsource from mtn and telkom anyway, so cut out the middleman and just go straight to the provider.

Hope Webafrica closes down!
