Worst provider ever

I made payment for installation on the 24th of September, to date they "cannot reach me" I make attempts every other week since then, every other time I'm told it's escalated. With so many ways to communicate, What is the use of giving email addresses and other means of communication.

This is the worst company ever, I mean how is it possible that a company doesn't have a contact number, their live chat is just a waste of time. They escalated 5 times since paying. Nothing to date.
