Worst provider ever

The worst in the industry. They take your money every month and then you're without internet for 4 days, no restoration time, and they promise to refund you your downtime, only to find out you have to be down for more than 5 days before they will even consider this. This is the worst service, I have ever experienced and not acceptable 😡😡😡
