Worst possible service and overcharging

Worst possible service and not sticking to their agreement. Signed up for a 25 mb line. @ R399 for first 3 months and then R599 after that. Charged me R492 twice in first month and the line speed is poor and constant. The worst is having to deal with their whatsup bots. no service and response.
