Worst online support agents ever

They have the worst live chat agents who don't even want to assist,they are lazy and unbothered. My account was debited twice they claim to have had an issue, I requested the refund and submitted all required documents for my refund on the 5th of Feb and to this day I haven't received my refund. Yesterday they tried to debit my account again and when i woke up today my service is suspended
