Worst network service provider

The worst fibre service ever oh and don’t even speak about the staff has no patients and cannot even assist you properly I asked 3 months ago for them to change my payment date as my payment date at work changed however they didn’t !! I made payment on the 15/06/2022 and they disconnect my service today because I need to make payment for what !! It’s not even 28days yet but I must !! Besides me many people say they fail the people they more for the money !
