WORST NETWORK PROVIDER EVER

I have had the worst customer service experience with this service provider. They have debited my account for Amounts that don't make sense. no one has bothered to respond to my emails they tried to debit my account for a higher amount even after I sent back the router and have had to pay for my own bank charges over and above not getting any customer service. Their agents keep ending my chat on their WhatsApp platform
