Worst LTE Experience

Worst worst experience to get an LTE solution. 10 business days later I still haven't received any communication or notification on when the router and sim will be delivered. Tried WhatsApp customer care all they say is 3 - 5 business days. Tried calling, I was told someone would get in touch with me 5 days ago. All I want at this point is a refund because this relationship will not work.
