Worst ISP with the worst customer service I have yet encountered.

Do yourself a favour and save yourself the pain and fury. They don't have a customer care line - only a WhatsApp one where they can choose when to contact you. (Sometimes days later). I got LTE - it doesn't come close to the minimum of 7 MB, its usually about 3, and it goes on and off with entire days included. Just don't do it.
