Worst ISP to deal with

Worst experience ever, tried moving my service to a new property, they messed that up now they cancelled the service at my current house, tried logging a cancelation on my service 2 weeks ago only to find out today that it hasn't been done, their whatsapp service is useless you get transferred to different people and have to tell the same story over and over again, your staff do not know what they are doing, False promises are made and there is no follow through, I've been a loyal paying customer for almost 3 years however with the lack of service I've experienced I've decided to cancel and take my business to a company that knows what they are doing.
