Worst ISP to deal with

This is the absolute worst ISP to ever deal with. *********** and completely useless. They make promises and cannot keep them. You simply cannot get hold of them and when you do, via WhatsApp, they are always transferring you to the wrong department. Their command of the English language leaves much to be desired. Their call back facility is non existent. 3 months later and my porting of number has still not been attended to whilst I continue paying to my previous service provider to hold on to the number. I certainly would not recommend them to anyone.
