Worst ISP thus far

I app**** for a 500/250 fibre line...ever since activation the line speed was only 200/100...yet every single month I was billed for the 500/250 line...the difference for 3 months amounts to R1050 and yet I was only credited with R150...really??.

The whatsapp chat is a joke and a person called Walter was the worst customer service agent I ever came into contact with.

I will be cancelling my service and will never recommend Shlepafrica to anyone
