Absolutely implorable. One should be cautious when approaching a service provider that provides near to no methods of contact when an issue arises. I was never even connected to the internet and received no courtesy updates of any sort. After 1 month of fighting a losing battle, I have lost the plot with this company. I would give zero stars if that was an option.
