Worst ISP Support

I've been with WebAfrica for two years and they continue to cut my internet every month. It's impossible to arrange a debit order later than the 1st. When you pay them they take forever to reinstate the service. My business must now suffer under this. Their support is the worst I've ever come across but when you phone their sales department they keen to help you immediately.
