WORST ISP !!!!! STAY AWAY!!!

Worst ISP!!!!!! They are ******, paying R1200 + for a 500mb line that is not even performing at 1% /5mb at times. The bot that you need to WA to try and find some help is bad but not as bad as the actual agents who keeps on asking you to do the same thing over and over and at the end of the day say they have to take it up with openserve and then nothing happens.

Is there no way of getting in touch with this useless company? Of you are reading this useless web africa, please git in contact with me, over the phone, not with a ****ty bot or a *********** agent.
