Worst ISP service ever so far

Had amazing service when signing up, was promised the moon & starts made sure all payments were done on the spot, and since then it's been nothing but HORRIBLE HELP, I log tickets for issues I am having and then get a ticket and then before anything is sorted its closed, Iv lost count with the agents Iv spoken to and the amount of time I have spent trying to get this sorted!!!

Can't even call in to speak to a human before the damb WILLI bot says chat has ended, get on a wait list for 2 hours is not more just to be told try again tomorrow during works hours!!! I have to follow up with them, and by that time my ticket is closed or I get the same answer "It's with frogfoot" super **** after sales help would rather recommend using "please call me's" or smoke signals at this point!!!!
