Worst ISP Service ever.

Worst service and experience from an ISP ever. Had problems from the start. It's now been a year, and not once have I been contacted by any manager or supervisor as promised. I'm actually trying to cancel my service as I write this review, so far it's taking 34min and I've had no further response from the 1st question asked and have been told I will be transferred.
