Worst ISP on the market

I have been struggling with the past few days with an internet connection that is not working. I work from home and no one has called me back despite logging it 2 days ago. The whatsapp line is useless, the call line is only for sales and they just really don't care. Everyone says they'll mark it as urgent but no one called me yet. I just want to cancel, this is by far the worst service provider on the market.
