Worst ISP on the market!!

If I could give zero stars I would! They are very quick to get you when signing up, afterwards the customer service does not exist!!! I am being debited amounts outside of my R699 and then my service is being suspended. Trying to get ahold of an agent is like drawing blood from a stone! I have been with them for 4 months and already wanted to cancel my service from my second month! I get told I will need to pay a R3000 cancellation fee if I cancel before the 12 months is up 😡😡😡 DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY ON THIS PATHETIC COMPANY!
