Worst ISP I've dealt with

The worst service I have ever experienced from a company, South African or otherwise. Our internet has been off for a week, and their agents on chat repeatedly ask for the same information even though it was provided 50 times prior. A technician was supposed to call to assist yesterday, we're still waiting. We can't even cancel to go elsewhere because of their ******ionate cancellation fee. Avoid at all costs.
