Worst ISP in the Nation

Why can't we just get a zero star option just for WebAfrica, Hello Peter? This is the worst ISP in this country, even the government employees at Telkom have more pride in their job and service delivery than this useless firm. They expect you to pay a premium for their services as you will not be FUP'ed. Absolutely useless as you will never have an internet connection anyway. I have been on the support merry-go-round since the very first day and it just never works for more than 48 hours. Every time you need to use a useless WhatsApp chat portal as the stingy company only seems to employ a single call center agent which after 4 days exactly per my recorded evidence you can get through to. Let's hope ICASA's can get me my money back from this pathetic company and to all looking to get a new fibre line installed just avoid this company like the plague, please do your research consumers.
