Worst ISP in south Africa. They cannot match the lower prices of competitors. The support platform is tedious to use and the support staff transfer you as they please when they don't want to deal with your issue. I have tried to cancel my line for 5 consecutive days, each time the support team has a story about how they will fix everything. Even after explicitly saying, i don't care, load my cancellation
