WORST ISP IN SOUTH AFRICA !!!

These people don't even deserve a 1 star !!!! have the damn time my internet doesn't work, they credit me for the days it doesn't work then take it back with the next debit order, I then cancel 2 months ago, begged their people ( with proof) that i need thee confirmation of cancellations for the fourth time now whilst someone on that side keeps telling me that the service is still active and yet they want me to send their router back??? Honestly, they are pathetic their services and their customer service!
