Worst ISP in SA. No service what so ever. Horrible

I saw that they had a special for fibre which i decided to sign up. I had to give my current ISP one month notice, which i did. And asked webafrica to start on the 1st of march. I tried to contact them just to confirm that we all on track so that i dont sit without internet. I tried their whatsapp line which was useless. Their operating hours is till 9pm which is a joke since 5.30pm no one was responding. I waited till the morning to call their offices. Morning comes, no luck with the phones either. Tried whatsapp and still nothing, only after singing up with another ISP, and gotten my user name and password i get a response from Webafrica's whatsapp line at 10.40am. Thank goodness i did not sign up with Webafrica, otherwise if there are future problems i would have pulled all my hair out. And only after seeing all the 1 star reviews on Hellopeter i realised that i made the right choice. They didnt even have a google page where you can review their business. Now i know why, since there are so many unhappy customers.
