WORST ISP IN AFRICA

They are charging me pro rata for internet for Oct when I specifically requested for November the 1st. They sent me a router that doesn't fit the fiber connection and is still charging me for internet I don't have access to. There is 0 support and after countless chats and calls nothing has been resolved and they just keep on piling on the bills
