Worst ISP I have ever encountered, horrible pathetic non-service!!!

Worst company ever! Whatsapp service is beyond pathetic, pointless and a waste of time and money trying to phone them. All I want to do is to cancel, can someone please tell me how?? No wonder they have all these signup specials, the installation never materialises. I cannot believe how pathetic their service is!!!!
