Worst ISP I had to deal with...now and in the past

The most useless support and communication that I have seen. Used Web Africa over 5 year ago and left due to same issues. Then I moved and like an insane person hoped everything will be better this time...guess what nothing changed.

Contacted support and all they could tell me is there is an outage no ETA. Nothing on any of the Social platforms about an outage. Thus if it is not their fault they will post something but when it is their fault NOTHING.

Excuse they use for no notification: "Our Developers are experiencing issues with updating the network status page". Twitter works, Facebook works and my email works why not use these platforms to update your customers that you *****ed up.

Down for an entire day, forced to use my cellphone internet which is a lot more expensive and guess I will not be discounted as me as customer means nothing to them.
