Worst ISP experience/service - stay away from Web Africa!!!!

I have had the worst customer experience with Web Africa ISP. I placed an order for fibre and was immediately billed the next day for a service which had not yet gone live. I still do not have the router no do i have a live service. I have been trying to contact the customer service but the waiting periods have been over 2 hours each time i call, only for each department to transfer my call to another at which point the waiting time starts all over again. I tried the whatsapp line which is a complete waste of time as the agents responds almost a day later.

All i want to do now is just cancel my order so i may go with another service provider as Web Africa has been nothing short of patheti****his is by far the worst experience I've ever had with an ISP!!!!!

For anyone thinking about using Web Africa, please don't. You will not have any customer support which is a critical part of any ISP business. The service is terrible, just stay away from Web Africa!!
