Worst ISP ever, would never recommend Webafrica to anyone.

Internet went down at 8.45am. Called to find out there is a 1 hour 15 minute waiting time for my call to be answered. Was told to use the more efficient WhatsApp platform for a less than 5 minute response. I did that and 8 hours later someone contacted me.voa WhatsApp, only to put me back in the WhatsApp queue cause he was too stupid to fix my problem. 19 hours now and still no call back, no WhatsApp, NOTHING!!! worst ISP ever... Cancellation already in place, will never return.
