Worst ISP ever - Web Africa

I am highly irritated. Web Africa are the pits! See my communication with Webafrica and they just don't get back to me, other than "our finance department is looking in to it..." This keep being escalated to your finance department since last week Friday and I still don’t have my refund. I have sent bank statement. I have been patient…

This is now becoming ridiculous… I reported an ******** deduction from my account on the 7th of February (as per below ref). I was then told it would take 24-48 hours. Monday came and nothing. Reported it again and was told it would take another 48 hrs. 48 hours went by, still nothing… Then again told it will be done by Friday 14 February. Friday came noting. All whilst my ticket was apparently flagged as urgent. To my surprise and dismay, another debit went off on 16 February. This is *****!!!! I don’t care what issues you have in your *********** finance department!

I expect both my refunds by COB today or else I will report Web Africa to the consumer protection board!

Not only are you deducting money wrongfully from my account, you are affecting my credit rating!!!
