WORST ISP EVER!!!! STAY AWAY!!!!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!! The best advise I can give to anyone struggling with Webafrica for cancellations/moving address ect is to cut your losses until now and cancel the debit order with your bank. Inform Webafrica on the WhatsApp bot that you are unhappy with your service and have attempted numerous times to contact them without avail. Keep all communications so you proof should you need it. Then contact your bank and log a ***** case against them to ensure no debit orders are issued to them!! Then wait and see if they contact you after that. I am sure they have so many people struggling and forcibly preventing debit orders that they will be unlikely to follow up with you. The only way to win is forcibly prevent them from taking any money from you. Cancel the debit order and move to a 5G network that doesn't require a physical fibre line in the ground.
