Worst ISP ever! Not allowing me to cancel my service!

I can't cancel my fibre. Tried doing it with their online chat but it doesn't allow me to do it. Says their operation hours for a Saturday is from 9am. Tried chatting to them at 9:20am and it just keeps giving me the automated message. This is just ridiculous

Great. They provide useless service and when you cancel they hit you with a R999 bill. Great strategy for a bunch of vultures.
