Worst ISP ever!

The worst ISP I have ever experienced. Out to make money and **** you. Be careful.

Wanted to cancel our connection because it stopped working and they stated it was because our bill was not pai, meanwhile it was.

They tried everything to keep us but then threw charges at us for not wanting to stay. Cancellation fee done twice. Then another fee for the router not being returned.. They use their own courier company to collect it and then it goes missing then we get charged?? Charge your courier company.

Worst of all the support agents are all in WhatsApp... Which takes hours. No phone calls.

An absolute joke of a company and *******. No idea how they can get 5 stars from anyone. Drugs are bad kids...
