Worst ISP ever encountered

Web Africa is the worst ever, I am changing service providers. Their Handy Whatsapp tool is a joke, you get people like William who are so rude and don't even attempt to help with queries, this company is debiting my account, yet I have no service whatsoever. Worst ISP ever. What makes me angry is the arrogant whatsapp consultants. Don't even consider them if you want a piece of mind.
