Worst isp ever

I hVe been without internet since Thursday evening, it is now Saturday. I was trying to get in touch since Thursday night, was able to log a fault only on Friday. Still no internet. No customer service, the only way to speak to an actual person is to call their sales department. You are lucky if the bot speaks to you.
