Worst ISP ever

On the 1st January 2023, I upgraded my line from 25/7 to 50/50 and that was the beginning of my nightmares. Since the upgrade, I have been experience outages every single day. The new speed after upgrade is 20/10 instead of 50/50 and when you call customer service they don’t answer. Robot charts is even worst and waste of time. I would not recommend Webafrica as an ISP to anyone
