Worst isp ever

This has got to be the worst worst service provider I’ve ever dealt with like everyday I loose connection I changed upgraded my package but still every night I loose connection at home tried to talk on WhatsApp with them but no use

I wish there was a way I can cancel this then I know there is no WiFi at home rather than having this
