Worst ISP ever.

I placed an order on the 24 September 2025 with Webafrica. I than decided I don't want to use them. I found a cheaper ISP. I requested for a refund from Webafrica. According to there policy you have to wait 3 to 5 working days for a refund to reflect which I did. after waiting 5 working days I did not receive anything. I went back on whatsapp to speak to a consultant the consultant told me oh they had the wrong banking details which is so obsurd because I only ever used one account for payment. I had to request for another refund. I am now back on whatsapp chatting to another consultant which tells me oh they made the payment but nothing came into my account. She than ask me for a 3 months bank statement. She's now trying to make it seem like I am lying I didn't receive the refund. Please don't ever make a mistake an deal with these *******. Absolutely disgusting. I still did not get any refund.
