WORST ISP EVER

Webafrica is the worst ISP in South Africa, you can only communicate your issues with them via WhatsApp and they just transfer you from one department to the another without communicating with you. I have waited 8 hours or more at a time to chat to 1 of their agents just to be passed around and not get any assistance. They still haven't refunded me yet for charging me for a line they didn't install. I would never recommend them to anyone.
