Worst ISP ever

I ordered the LTE router from webafrica , my router worked for a week and then stopped working on the 14th of September 2019 , I logged a fault with them since then I logged multiple faults that they just close and no one get back to me , it seems to me they only take your money but as soon as you need their service they ignore you and never give you any feedback , I advice anyone not to join up with them as they are worse then Telkom.
