Worst ISP ever!

When I signed up the first question I asked was “do you have a fare usage policy “ to which the salesman said “no”

I have had issues with their service for in section It took them almost four months to come install the line. You can’t call in to ask for help, you must send a email and someone will get back to you in 48 hours, and they never do.

I am the only user on a 25 meg up and down and for the last 2 months I could not watch my nedflix account.

I have been blaming the shop that sold me my mifi box that they sold me a bad box. The box works in the shop and at my friends house just not at my house. They are the worst ISP ever!!! I pay my subs via debit order and never miss a payment, for this kind of service!

What they are doing is nothing short of *******!

I strongly despise and detest Webafrica !

I would not recommend anyone to use their service.
