Worst ISP EVER!

Worst ISP ever. I signed up for their promotion, fiber were installed. But cancelled straight after as there were undisclosed courier costs and I was debited for a full month where the fiber was only installed on the 10th of the month. To date I have not even received a router but have now been handed over for R5000 for a service that I have not even used 1kb of. After MANY WhatsApp messages and confirmation that I will not be billed and the service was immediately cancelled, now this. I urge everyone and anyone to stay FAR away from Web Africa.
