Worst ISP ever

Worst ISP ever. If there is a problem, you have no way to contact them person to person. You have to contact them via whatsapp, which I find very unprofessional. You are then connected to a bot which then prompts you to what the problem is. You are then informed that you will be put through to a Live Chat agent. Only problem is that you sometimes wait up to 4 hours before this agent actually speaks to you. For what we are paying this is not good enough and the aftersales service is terrible.
