Worst ISP

Hi to all thinking about using web africa as a fibre "service provider". I've had my fibre line installed last week tuesday(22/05/21). Since then, I've canceled a fantastic service provider (pcn) opting for a supposedly more stable connection with fibre. I've had nothing but endless problems with connectivity and drop in speeds with this service provider. I've paid for a 40mbps line and all I've been getting was speeds ranging between 2 and 20mbps(if I'm lucky) . After spending nearly 3,5 hrs on the phone and two days later, I have not once spoken to a technician adequately capable of resolving the issue. I've been given the run around from Vuma reach and back, nobody accepting the blame but quick to accept my payments. Web Africa's whatsapp system is a disgrace and their personal clearly have complete disregard for their customers. So to whom this may concern, please stay away from this company and their services. The worst ever!
