Worst ISP customer service stay faaaaar away!

Stay away from this company... Most unhelpful and dishonest company I have ever delt with... They have been debited me double for 4 months and claim its my fault and I am wrong even after I have sent them all proof bank statements and all but its been 2 weeks since the last tech support called and made promises to sort it out because they can see something is wrong and still no feedback.... How can a "big" company like this just get away with *****ing from paying customers... Only in S. A CONSUMERS MEAN NOTHING to some companies
