Worst ISP

The worst ISP I have ever been with. They don't care about their customers, they tell you what you want to hear, just to get you off the phone. You send an email, and only get a response a month later. Gave me a very poor router, and only had signal in the room the router was in. Finally had enough and cancelled with them, have been told for the past few months, if I cancel after November, which I have, I will not be charged a fee and I get to keep the router, received an email and it seems this is all lies.
