Worst ISP

I am without fibre for over a week now all the agents say we have escalated we will get back to you later to you then everyday I have to re explain the issue to a new agent...the router automatically disconnected me now when i try to reconnect it says incorrect password been chatting to one agent after the other to date theres still no solution.I wouldn't recommend this to anyone.
