Worst ISP

We waited a whole year for Fibre in our area. Finally Vuma installed cables and supp**** list of ISPs. I chose to go with Web africa because they were the biggest company. Placed an order and was told the wait wpuld be 2 days. A week later I tried to message support waited 6 hours on whatsapp only to get cut off and told to try again. 2 weeks later i get an invoice to make payment but the payment portal doesnt accept my card that I use for every other transaction i do online. I try to cancel order to try another ISP. No place or direction on how to do that. I get emails saying if i don't pay in 36 hours order will be cancelled so I wait it out. Only for them to reinstate my order after each threat of cancelling it. This has been going on for 2 months. Tried support again either just no answer or cut off 6 hours later. If this is just at the order stage i would hate to see what pathetic service lies ahead when I actually do get the service. Advice to anyone wanting to sign up with Web africa DONT!! Service is non existant..
